I purchased this curling ieon and just received it a few days ago. the spring/ clasp does not work and my hair comes out . it also does not curl

must be a defect as my iron works perfectly and gives me a great lasting curl.

What is the warranty on this item?

I have had 3 of these total and the only reason I have 3 is because I left one of mine in a hotel and they didn’t find it?? So the 1st one I got lasted 3 years then I lost it and I got the second ine 3 years ago and this last one I probably bought 1.5 years ago. To me if a curling iron lasts 3 years it has earned its time to rest... but they both look as good as the day I got them and they heat up just as fast and I’m not kind to mine. I have left it plugged in several times for hours. It hasn’t stopped giving the same results as day one. Totally happy with all 3 purchases.
