I'm allergic to most chemicals, so I have resorted to pure mineral makeup, but that stuff is all powder and it is very drying; not ideal for aging skin or skin around the eyes. This is lacking something that all other brands (even hypoallergenic ones) do use. It wprks so well and looks great on. The shades work perfectly for different seasons as well. It's lightweight but covers like a DREAM.
