Had to wear these for about a year before the tennis elbow healed completely. Well worth it. For fit, place your hand on a hard surface, and move your middle finger up and down. With your other hand, note the muscle on the forearm that is activated. Place the center of the large part of the band at that point. It keeps that muscle stabilized while doing activities that would stress it out. I didn't wear them all the time, just for weight lifting (light weights), typing, and any activity where my arms/elbows felt stressed.

This is not a cure. You still absolutely need to Google GOLF ELBOW / TENNIS ELBOW- PT STRETCHES MASSAGES AND EXERCISES to be doing 3x DAILY to repair your injury ! That being said THIS BRACE is GREAT! I don't know how long the velcro's going to last so we'll go with four stars.

So far it works great! I was getting tennis elbow and when I would try to do horizontal dumbbell flies at the gym. (laying facing the ceiling, palms together elbow bent 10°, arms fall out to your side like airplane with palms facing up throughout)These things let me do my weight without hurting my tendon! I even watched a video to make sure I was doing it right and I was but my family has bad tendons. This lets me do a healthy amount of weight without ANY pain! I then take it off and finish my gym routine and feel great no issue!Well work the money and have safely washed and dried them 4+ times no special care and so far still good!

Legit cured my lifters elbow! This keeps all my muscles in line and straight and prevents from poking out and stressing other muscles to overcompensate to work right.... tldr no pain!!! I can do my workouts again without pain. Legit amazing
