This same item is at walmart.com for $2 a box i just ordered 4 boxes for $8

You can also get these at menards for $2 a box. I've stopped buying them on Amazon.

The picture shows a 2.25 oz bag. Is this a 10-pack of 2.25 oz. bags?

yes. They are small packs but the perfect snack.

When are they "best by:......"?

For the smaller pouches, the date is provided in an area by the tab used to close the opened box. If they are the individual large packages (5 oz), I don't see an expiration date.

Does anyone actually like the bags of only strawberry fruit snacks?

Yes. I have one in my family that is all they will eat for fruit snacks.
