It has a training component to it but is still legal for tournament play. I have been using it for about 2 years and won't go back to a traditional putter. The title says 35", but the product information says that the dimension is 48 x 5 x 5.** A: It is 35". 48 5 5 is the dimensions of the box it gets sent in.
