The updated Proper ACU trouser is an authentic military garment approved for active duty use by the U.S. Army. Made of nit-compliant Nico fabric, the trouser features forward-tilted cargo pockets with button closures, and bellowed storage pockets on the calf. Blousing on the leg cuffs creates a more comfortable fit over boots. The ACU trouser is sewn to military specification fq/PD 14-05a. Near identical to GI
My only real complaint is that for the price some of the stitching was poor.The top button hole wasn't fully cut/sewed so I had to cut it a little to get the button through.Some of the other parts seemed to be coming undone.Been using it for work for a few months now, so can't really complain too much.Only wash on cold, one warm/hot wash and the colors will fade very hard.The fading colors blend well in dry terrain though. So the camouflage aspect of the fading colors can be put to some use.

Pretty solid product.
Great construction, they ride slimmer in the hips and waist than others. Issue size of the same size feels more loose. Does come with a "multicam" tag exposed on though pocket that you wish wasn't there and has to be removed if in the service.

Not Mil-Spec... may be too small.
The design has been changed... a mil spec medium fits a 31” to 35” waist with adjustments to tighten at loosen. These had no adjusters... they were a fixed waist and had to be 31” as I am between 32” and 33” and could barely get these on. I had no choice but to return them as the material blend will not stretch. This used to be a decent brand... not so sure anymore.

Good quality. Resists tearing. Doesn’t fade easily. BUTTONED POCKETS.
Great quality. Effective environmentally flexible Multicam. Very rip/ tear resistant. Made with just the right amount of flexibility in the material. BUTTON— NOT VELCRO, BUTTON— POCKETS. Ankle ties. Good sized belt loops, fits my semi-bulky rigger’s belt. Several Buttons at the waist in front. Very useful overall. Color doesn’t fade too easily (I haven’t seen too much yet).

Size difference
These are great pants and basically indestructible for general non-military use.One note. My general size is a Large Tall. I have an older pair of Large Regular. With the new cut, I had to upgrade to an XL Long. These pants fit tight in the pocket areas and are a bit shorter on the bottom. It is better to have these style of pants a bit large, than a bit tight because the cut is quite restricting.

Material is Polyester/Cotton and Not Nylon/Cotton As Advertised
They are selling these pants as the Nylon/Cotton version as listed all through the product description, including the model number of the pants. The pants being shipped are 65/35 Polyester Cotton and not Nylon/Cotton and have a different product number than that shown. Apparently, this has been brought up in previous reviews but nothing has changed. Pretty poor marketing, given that it is the wrong product. You should get what you pay for.
