The item received was not what was expected. The barrier in the picture looks to be large but is only the size of the flange. No where in the description does it state that it’s a 2 3/4 flange. And you can’t return or replace the item so money down the drain

These waifers are defective not working like they should. Inner circle of waifer paper thin have to change bag twice a day. These have caused skin damage
