How should I wash Farmacell shapewear to keep it effective and in shape over time?

To maintain its shape and effectiveness, wash the shapewear by hand or on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach and harsh detergents. Air dry only; do not iron or tumble dry.

What is the FIR (Far Infrared Rays) effect?

The FIR effect is achieved through a fibre containing an embedded mineral that reflects body heat back to the skin in the form of far infrared rays. This helps stimulate skin microcirculation and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Does the FIR effect wear off after washing?

No, the FIR effect is permanent. The mineral additive is integrated into the fibre and remains effective even after repeated washing.
