How long do they stay frozen?

Depends what you use them in. If it is a beverage that is already cold, they stay frozen for quite a while. I put them into a glass of warm lemonade and they didn't stay frozen for more than one glass.

Has anyone taken these through TSA airport security & passed ok?0

If they are frozen they're fine, but if they are unfrozen they'll will count twords your 3-1-1 liquid amount/the amount of 3.4 oz sized liquid/gel/aerosol that fits inside 1 quart sized bag. Checked baggage has no limit frozen or not.

Will smoke melt the plastic if i put them in the ice catch of my bong? Tired of real ice cubes melting and changing the water levels in the percs bel

They should be just fine. By the time the smoke hits it, the smoke has cold enough to not burn them. However, they'll get resin build up really quick and wouldn't recommend using them for that reason alone
