Since my therapist taught me how to tape my knee several years ago, I have used this tape consistently. I have it on 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It goes in the shower and lasts several days before I need to re-tape. However, I have found that as the tape nears the end of the roll, the adhesive property becomes weaker but still adequate. The tape is very supportive, and the few times I have been without it, the pain returns to my knee.One Negative--the shipping. In the past, I have always ordered the tape directly from the company in the UK, and the metal cans of tape always came in a nice sturdy box--no problem. This is the first time I ordered through Amazon. The paper envelope, in which the cans had been shipped, arrived torn and empty with a postal stamp indicating that it had been delivered without the contents. I reported this to Amazon and a replacement arrived in three days. However, beware--I did receive the tape, BUT the second shipment was also sent in a paper envelope and arrived torn. If it had been lifted by a corner, all the tapes would have rolled out. These cans should really be shipped in a cardboard container.

Work’s like it should

I have very, very week connective tissue in my ankles and feet. After 20 years of sports injuries I have had 3 lankle surgeries, including replacement with a cadaver tendon. That being said I was looking for an alternative to the PT braces. I have tried this tape and the black tape. The support of this "2nd strongest" tape provides effective stability and movement support. The tape adheres nicely and last me about 3-4 days between changes. It handles the run-off soap and the water of a show without a problem. For my situation, I do prefer the black tape if I do things outside that will require my ankles to work better. This mid-strength tape is nice for me in an everyday environment. I really appreciate the comfort and support over my braces, especially at night to keep from turning my ankles in.. But, as I said, if I need to really rely on my ankles I use the black tape. It's unfortunate that it doesn't come in bulk, that would be less expensive for me.

A bit more rigid than most tape. good for use to stabilize and reduce movement. Good adhesion without being too sticky.

Do not buy this product complete waste of money!For one my mother and I both used this tape and had a bad reaction. I have irritated and itchy sicken. My mom blistered and also had a bad reaction to it on her skin causing redness itchiness and removal of skin. In addition we both do not have sensitive skin.I would rate it zero stars if I could! Stay away!

Great stuff. It was recommended by my physical therapist because the precut stuff I could get in the grocery store wasn't sticking well on my foot, and this is what they use. It's much more comfortable overall as well.

Love This Dynamic Tape For its good quality and stretches both ways ! Does the job it needs to do and stays to the skin well enough for 3 days depending on skin dryness without having to use everytime additional adhesives ! Clients love it for its cool tattoo patterns too :)

his has been the best physio tape I’ve used for my daughter’s knees. She wears it for both athletics and netball, and I’ve been really impressed with how well it holds everything in place while still having enough stretch to move naturally.The biggest bonus is how long it lasts, we’ve been getting around 5 days of wear from one application, which is fantastic compared with other tapes we’ve tried. It stays on well through all the running, training and general activity.I usually go to the physio to buy this as it isn't at my chemist sonim very happy to find it in Amazon for easy delivery.

Good product works every time

I needed something that kept my thumb joint from moving around, it kept clicking out of the joint and was painful to put back in again. This appears to be the same tape that the physio used. Only downside is that if it gets wet at all, then the support it gives goes and you need to put a new bit on.
