What is the "elastic blend"? Is it made of neoprene?

Hi. I’m not sure. But, although I can’t answer your specific question, I would recommend this sleeve. It provides good support, without too much compression. It’s a full length sleeve, great coverage for the arm.

To determine size, why does it say measure elbow joint but diagram is of measuring upper arm? Which do you measure?

The top of the bicep muscle on the upper arm is the correct measurements. I ordered a medium thinking it would be too small but was correct. Hope this help.

How is the forearm wrist compression on these? I am extra small (8" below the elbow straight up) with wrists 6.5"

Love these sleeves! I'm a 7" wrist & normally a medium, The Medium, works but the upper arm has loosened over 4 weeks. So ordered a small and they are perfect. They are heavier and a more protective compression (which is an even compression wrist to upper arm. Definitely order the extra small for yourself. (ps. It's worth checking ebay for price comparison - altho all sizes and colors are not always available!)
