I have to go over the top of an electrical box, is this a good pattern for that? Thick enough to conceal the panel edges?

I see 2 measurements, but it doesn't add up per panel to equal the overall size. Please indicate which overall size is width.

Size of each panel? If 9'10"*7'10"; is the 9'10" the width or length? If the referenced per panel is 19.7"*15.8" x6 panels not = full sz
