Just bought a Honda EU2200 generator and thought this might help in maintaining it. Got it in and it is great! I placed the oil plug with the magnetic tip in first and it was a very smooth and firm fit. I then checked out the cap for extended gas use. I had read some reviews that said it did not fit the EU2200. It does! I noticed that while putting it on it seemed wobbly and was afraid they were right, however, as I tightened it down there was no wobble and was a very firm, non-leaking fit. I then removed it and placed the original cap back on the generator and noticed it had the same wobble until tightened down. I have now made a system using a 5 gallon gas tank and some parts and created my own extended gas system. Very pleased with workmanship and quality. Don’t hesitate to purchase this.

Originally bought the EU2000/1000 kit which was the 'small' drain plug. Which i gave to my neighbor for his EU2000i. I bought this kit for the EU2200i companion, which has the 'larger' drain plug.The fuel cap works well, as other have stated the gasket is not good quality so do not overfill the gas tank if you are using it. fill it to the regular fill line, then hook it up to your external fuel tank (make sure the external tank is vented or else it will not pull any fuel). I went with a marine fuel tank, two quick connect fittings, and a quick connect hose with an inline priming pump. I tested the gasket by using the priming pump to pull a vacuum in the honda tank to make sure it was air tight. Now just have to wait for an extended power outage to test the performance of the long run setup.The oil funnel works great, absolutely no mess oil changes. But, you now have to measure your oil. I used my wifes liquid measuring cup to put in exactly what the manual says (then hand wash and into the dishwasher before she notices). then remove the funnel and make sure the level touches the drain threads.The drain plug is probably the worst machined out of the 3 pieces. The red coating is not very consistent, several nicks in the coating, mostly on the dipstick itself. But it does not detract from its purpose so I take no stars off for that. I have not run the engine with the plug installed so I cant speak to the metal collecting capabilities of it.Would buy again if I pick up a EU2200 for parallel operation.

I Like This Kit A lot!Magnetic Tip Cap Should Pick Up All Iron Based Metal Chips, Etc.I Don't Think I'll Use Funnel To Fill As You Can't Quite See The Threads On The Bottom To Know When It's Full BUT Its Going To Be Awesome When You Empty The Oil As It Sticks Out Far Enough To Empty Crankcase Without Spilling Over Frame Of Generator.The Gas Cap For Use With External Tank Is Wonderful! I Know People Have Said They Can't Get It To Work Unless They Tighten The Cap Almost To The Point Of Striping The Threads, Or Having To Put Teflon Tape On The Threads. DON'T TEFLON TAPE THE THREADS, ITS A WASTE OF TIME. The Threads Do Nothing To Seal The Cap To The Generator Tank. The Answer Is Simple, If You Look At The Cap, And Move The Rubber Seal Around, You can Slightly See The Top Of The Rubber Seal. The Real Problem Is The Rubber Seal Is Not Quite Large Enough (About 1.8" Outside Diameter On My Dial Caliper) Just Replace The Rubber Seal With One Slightly Larger (Make Sure Its Fuel Resistant Rubber, Amazon Sells This) After I Did This, It Now Only Take 2 Fingers To Tighten And Seal The Cap To The Generator Tank.Great Kit Overall, With Some Tweaking!

I took a chance having read some feedback on this; but it fit perfectly on my Honda EU2200i 2200-Watt generator. I had no problem with the gas cap, the oil plug fir perfect and I tested the oil filler unit for fit - no issues. Just make sure you have the correct model when ordering.

The fuel cap intended to be used to connect to an external fuel tank for extended run is a beautifully machined and anodized piece - unfortunately, the threads in NO WAY match the metric threads on the Honda fuel tank! The threads on this fuel cap are a GREAT deal larger than what they should be for an accurate fit! And if you try and tighten this cap down . . . you are VERY definitely going to (eventually) damage the threads on the Honda fuel tank. Believe me! This cap will NOT adequately seal, and will result in the siphoning of ALL the gas from your elevated external fuel tank onto and ALL OVER your generator - which could prove to be disastrous. The solution for a fuel cap for extended run operation is to modify the fuel cap that came with our generator!

This came on time and is great, no more mess when changing oil, funnel fits great and so does dipstick and fuel cap can let me run my generator all night and longer with a 3 gallon boat gas can and gas hose, been waiting for these to be available since i got the (eu2200i Honda generator, Thanks

The lid doesn’t fit right when you tighten it down to the point where it seals after a while the vibration makes it loose …the other parts of the kit works good tho, I used the original lid and took the on off valve out and drilled and tapped the hole and threaded a nipple in it and it works good !
