I have purchased lot of mobiles through amazon and damaged ...
I have purchased lot of mobiles through amazon and damaged mobiles returned also. But this time I have depressed very much because of Amazon changed their mobile phone return policy. My phone has a problem is battery charge draining very fast. I reported to amazon, they instructed me to download smartchk app in that defective mobile through amazon link. But this is not working. I informed them many times but they repeating same process. So I am not encouraging anybody to purchase mobile phones through amazon in future. Regards, Rajan NP

Battery Issue . Need Help from Amazon
Hi , looks like a good machine for either under 18 or plus 70. Moreover I have a complaint . its like the 3rd of receipt but the battery is Bad I feel .it charges to 100% , from 0-70% in 1.5 hours and another 30% in 2.5 hours but without usage ( without no internet and wify) , 100%-70% in 2 hours and 70%- 0% in 6 hours ( without usage again ,no calls as well ) . Need suggession also. Should I return this phone or should I get the battery exchanged . Can amazon do this for me because I feel ,being an old model of Q346 Micromax , the Battery has turned bad.
