Yes, they're fully cooked and only need to be warmed (though they're perfectly delicious cold in my opinion). I don't see why they couldn't be frozen, but I never tried it so I'm not sure. I'm not sure about shelf life, but since they encourage so highly to have them shipped quickly I would guess they're perishable within a short time (a few days or a week). Honestly they were so good that my boyfriend and I ate them all pretty much on the spot, so I'm not sure how long they'll last in a fridge.
