I like the look of the product and the fact it came with waterlines however I wish it's was an option for size and type I needed and 1/2 in and these come with 3/8 and 1/2 lines so really no saving have to buy waterlines. So I'm in between returning them.

I will admit that I had my plumber install this for me because I have very old pipes. And even for him it was a little bit difficult. But he was even impressed by this unit. I love the gooseneck faucet. I can now wash my hair in the sink anytime that I want to and it is so easy to remove the hair from the drain. The faucet just looks beautiful.

The media could not be loaded.  Sorry about the four star review, but those awesome stainless steel water lines included with the kit were three inches short?! Reminds me of my Chinese lawnmower with the short pull cord. Boy, those Chinese bean counters really know how to save a buck. If my existing water lines would not have fit back on I would have gone with three stars, and booked a flight to China to raise hell! Still, I love the faucets and got lucky my old water lines are fitting and not leaking. When I opened the box and proceeded with the install, I was blown away at how perfect everything was. All the parts one needs; new washers, seals and gaskets. Then when I went to attach the water lines - oh, the disappointment.

Just installed them today. So far so good. I will have to get used to the swivel neck on my bathroom sink and make sure my kids don't accidentally swing it around and turn the faucet on because it will obviously flood my counter

They were worth the wait and look exquisite and add a sort of richness my bath room. They really accent the bathroom. They are sturdy anf high quality for uch a reasonable price. The same type of faucet at Lowes and Home Depot cost 2X as much. Plus it is easy to install and the supply lines are long enough. I didn't have to add or rig additional water supply line hoses. I highly recommend this product. They will buy more of them in the future.
