It's very easy and safe to use
Very big lots of space for multiple size jars for canning and so easy to use and very safe

Highly recommended
Built like a tank, functions consistently and without problems for several months now and many many uses. The lid is actually elliptical and fits UNDERNEATH the upper lip of the pot, eliminates any chance that the lid will blow off upon release. Obviously designed and built by folks who do a lot of pressure cooking.

I have not used it yet, but was informed by Hawkins that they do NOT make a canner. That is why I bought this product, now I'm stuck with a BIG cooker that can't be used for intended purpose!
