Is there a way to disable to headphone earcup touch controls? I feel like maybe accidentally activating one of the controls while just readjusting?

As far as I know, there is no straightforward way to disable the touch controls. However in my use it's very rare to accidentally activate any of the touch controls in normal use. I've done it maybe twice in the 4 months I've had it.

If you have them plugged in with the 3.5 mm, does it still use the battery or does it utilize the power from the cable?

When plugged in, it uses power from your phone like normal headphones. However, if the headphones have available battery power they will use that for the hear-through or noise-reduction modes. So if you don't use either of those it will not consume any battery power.

Is there a special button to turn on the microphone? I got this headset last week and the microphone used to work but now it's not working.

I checked the headset and the app, but I couldn't find any settings for the microphone.

Can you turn off the ANC?

Yes. They're 3 modes hear through. Noise reduction and off
