Q: How much does it weigh?

Cookie Monster was light weight we gave it as a gift to our granddaughter we loves Cookie Monster no sure of exact weight

Q: are the eyes, nose or mouth hard plastic?

No. The mouth is embroidered, and the eyes and nose are both plush stuffing with fabric covering. The eyes are stiff, but not hard in any harmful way.

Q: how to wash this elmo?

We've spot cleaned it with really mild soap and water without any issue. You can put it in a pillow or laundry bag and put it through a washing machine/dryer without destroying it if it's really dirty, but you'll lose some of the softness (but I've found that happens with pretty much anything like this).

Q: Is this really a Gund Elmo? The 13" sold on amazon is said to be Gund but is not.

The Elmo that I received was a Gund. I double-checked the tag to be sure.
