I use these capsules for my herbs. Capsules allow me to take herbs in "pill" form, so I don't have to taste the herbs. Some are ok for taste but some of them are truly awful. I am thankful I have an alternative method. I ordered the the separated caps because I use several different herbs and it takes a lot of time to separate them myself.

These hurt my stomach. The tapioca doesn’t break down quickly in the stomach compared to other brands. The capsules are solid but brittle on the edges so they break easily and split. If you have to take several at a time be prepared to take a stool softener with it because you may have them sitting in your stomach for hours before they completely break down. Actually I’d recommend that because I do that myself.

They were alright just wasn’t what I expected

I very much like that these come separated; saves me time when making my capsules. However, I find these capsules to have a thinner wall than the NOW ones I have used for years, making these capsules more fragile and more likly to crack or crush.

It’s easy to make our own capsules by having them broken down
