I was very pleased with how these worked. I had a couple of big holes to patch in drywall and I'm not real handy. This device made the job a lot easier than other methods I have read about.

Easy to use and clips worked perfectly

These are very useful, I ordered an additional package. The tabs are nearly impossible to break off so I found myself pounding them into the wall and patching over the tabs. Still a helpful solution to anchoring drywall patches

This is a great product that I wish I had found sooner. It allows you to patch square or rectangular holes in your drywall fast. I used it while routing cables inside the walls of my house. It allowed me to cut access holes and patch them up fast. Some of you may use pumpkin cuts for access holes but I have had mixed success with them.

I had about 30 holes from replumbing my water lines. Some holes were large, some small. I can't imagine doing the repairs without these clips. The comment about damaging the drywall further is just a matter of not using the clips properly. There are several tiny holes that the drywall screw needs to penetrate. If you do not hit a hole (which happens frequently) simply back the screw out tilt it a tiny bit and try again, and you should hit a hole. Also, 1/2" or 5/8" works great. You just bend the clips a tiny bit to fit. I did all my patches without damaging any drywall. These clips are lifesavers. Ordering more just to have on hand.
