Been using for almost a month now many many benefits. Acne not as bad and healing , slight BO not bad anymore, skin feels healthier more glowing, bloating gone and boost of energy It gives you feeling like your helping your body, and as a mom of 5 it’s needed. It’s simple and fast yet affective in many ways this has helped more than people has said it helps. Also for women a bonus cramps and period not near as bad this month 👍😁😛 yay right. Oh and not sure if this helped too but I’m massively allergic to cotton wood trees and the are everywhere where I live. The other day was at the park for few hrs and no dry or goopy eyes no sneezing nothing at all. Don’t know if it helps allergies but hey first time my whole life been to the park and none of it so it’s possible. Would totally recommend to anyone to give it a try. Give it some time to work. Also taste is nasty and taste like dirt you kind of expect to see a worm come up with taste and smell lol lemon extract 1/4 tsp covers taste and smell 100%. Give it a try!!
