My grandsons play sport year round and it’s not hard to keep them hydrated in summer when I buy this product. We’ve have grape, lemonade and fruit punch and they love them all. I’ve started giving them to the other kids on their team and their parents started buying them as well.

Great for Mail Carriers!
Every summer, my postal station would have loads of pouches of these Squinchers to hot only hydrate, but to refuel our muscles. Best used on hot days (but not on cool days). I purchase some for myself in case they run out. I'm telling my supervisor purchase this flavor for next summer.

So, Amazon was out of the grape flavor for a reasonable price. These little packets are perfect for traveling. Keep some in your purse, backpack, glove compartment or whatever as long as you have access to clean water to fill up the little packet. This was more expensive than usual but I like having this on hand for heavy working days in the gardens or even when I'm getting a migraine. They help. The flavor on this tastes like bug juice if you ever went to a YMCA camp as a kid. This is that flavor. I don't like fruit punch in most things and this is definitely worse because I personally hate bug juice flavor but again couldn't get the normal grape flavor. If you like the flavor then these otherwise are spot on and do what you want them to do which is help you get hydrated quick especially when you've neglected your body telling you to drink water for hours up to needing one of these.

The packets don't open at the tear line. Have to use scissors. Made inconvenient for on the go. Otherwise love squencher. Best electrolyte supplement I have found
