Specifically it is difficult to get the old grill out without breaking the old grill despite viewing all the videos on Utube and being a reasonably skilled person with a variety of tools. However once the old grill is out, the new one installs easily and fits well and looks great. Breaking the old grill is not really a problem unless you want to reinstall it which is unlikely.
