Works great but I have a few nit picky comments.
In general, the product was easy to clean, but because of the slight gap between the stainless steel and the food grade silicone, some soapy water residue remains and has to dry out. I haven’t noticed the soapiness get into a drink though. For durability, when you fold it to put it into the case, the stainless steel shell leaves a slight crease in the silicone. I’m not sure how it could affect the product overtime yet. For sturdiness, it works well for a straw but wiggles slightly!

Defective part
While we love the straws, the little strap provided is basically worthless. Initially they came with two different little straps. After one days use the strap on one broke and is unusable. I am not returning the straws since I would rather have the little straps replaced, and be the same for both cases. The problem is...there does not seem to be a way to contact Amazon or the seller concerning having new straps sent. Seems the only solution is a complete return which seems ridiculous. As a result, I will have to locate and provide new straps since one straw was a gift to a young girl who does not want to part with her straw. It would be really nice if someone reached out to me to provide replacements for the two straps and this time make them the same. It was rather odd they were different,

Straws and cases and cleaners were different...possibly an older model and newer model.
The blue case did not have the magnet closure. The straw in the blue case broke when attempting to fold it back up ...the metal cut through the rubber inside. The straw cleaner was nicer in the pink one.

Good product, missing pieces
Love the product, but unlike the picture shows my order did not come with any keychain strip attachment things. I ended up using a mini hair tie through the loops to attach, which looks very weird. The straw, case, and cleaner are great though! Maybe it was just mine that didn’t come with it.

Pretty darn good
Works great! Definitely a good alternative to the last straw, I’ve had mine for about 2 weeks and it has worked really well

One was broken and one was the wrong color
So I received these yesterday and the lid on the blue one was broken and the yellow one is more of a beige color One was broken and one was the wrong color
