How do you know when it’s fully charged?

Once the device is on, short press the power button. The lights blink red in to tell you how charged. 4 blinks means the battery is full.

Brand new and fully charged - yet, blue lights are flashing on all the buttons accross the top when listening to a book. How can I make it stop?

You can’t make it stop, it’s what the maker designed it to do. PaInt them black.

My speaker sometimes has a soft series of beeps while it's playing music. Only does it when not plugged in. It's fully charged. Any idea why?

Don’t know exactly, but sounds like you have a bad battery and plugging it into AC takes care of it
