Personally I have found these pads very good, they’re super absorbent & comfortable to wear after a c-section & I would recommend to others. The length of the pad is good & with the 2 wings it keeps it held in place all day/night.

I was impressed with the Lilets Maternity Pads. They’re soft, comfortable, no leaks, stay in place well and arent too sticky to rip disposable undies — perfect for postpartum recovery. Great quality and excellent value for money!

These are by far the best maternity pads. Having tried supermarket and drugstore pads, which I didn't feel protected against leaks with, I much preferred using the Lil-lets ones because they have wings and a wider back. The wider back is particularly good if you have to spend time in hospital after birth, as you'll spend so much time sitting in bed! I've re-ordered these 3 times now.

Really good pad option for post birth bleed. Obviously change as needed but long and wide with wings for max coverage and protection. Much better than some other brands maternity pads…I tried a few!

I love this . So comfortable and durable

Let me start by saying it is a clever idea of having 2 pairs of wings because the pad is so long.It comes individually wrapped. It also stays in place.However it could be very cumbersome to use on the first 3 days postpartum where you have to keep changing your pads because the blood flow is high and"ungluing "and "regluing" the pad each change time becomes tiring.It is also very easy to use with the mesh postpartum pants and it is indeed breathable.
