Q: Will this work with HP OfficeJet 6500 Wireless all-in-one printer?

That's what we used it in and it worked fine until last week when the printer "blew" another one. The part we purchased was fine, but there must be something in the printer that keeps causing them to fail. We had to replace the newer version of the 6500 which is the 6600. Since the 6600 printer runs about $120 on sale I'd suggest replacing the entire printer since this part is about half of what a new printer costs. The downside is that it takes different ink cartridges than the 6500, but if you have new/unopened ones you may be able to get a refund/store credit for them.
