Just what I needed.
I am very pleased with this headset. I really lovd how light weight it is, and how easily it fits on my head. The microphone adjusts very easily and smoothly. The sound comes through very sharp and clear. So much better than my old head set. It was hard to find this type of head set close to my home. The office supply stores, walmart, etc did not have them. They only had the type that plug into a USB or a Headphone port. But I needed this! It's so much better than having to hold onto my desk phone for hours at a time. It was also a great price!! The only thing that would make this better is if it had a mute button.

Great for work
I bought this headset because the one I had for work broke. I was skeptical because I am very picky about my headset. The fit was perfect, it is adjustable so that allows it to fit comfortably. The sound quality is great, I have not had any issues hearing callers or even had them tell me they couldn't hear me as they did with my other set. It is very comfortable. Probably the best set I have bought. This is my 3rd pair and my favorite so far. Definitely would recommend!

Microphone is poor quality - I cannot be heard
Sound quality is fine but the volume of the microphone is poor. Other folks on the call cannot hear me when I speak so I need to use normal handset if I want to be heard. Unfortunately I didn't learn of this until after the opportunity to return the product had expired. I tried several things to see if there was something I could do on my end to fix this, but it turns out the microphone just doesn't work well.

Should have bought long ago
Got this for myself and my coworker and it was long overdue. Super helpful if you're taking multiple calls and need to be on the computer or have your hands free. Cord is quite long so you can easily stand and move about your immediate desk area. Like the adapter so it can be used on mobile phones as well.

Microphone doesn’t work
When I use the headset on my telephone, the people I’m talking to can barely hear me so I just can’t use it.
