Nature's Way, Uva Ursi, Leaves, 100 Veg Capsules

It's a 13 days' supply based on a dosage of 3X daily. I'll start with the...Cons:* It didn't change much the feeling of itchiness inside the urethra for the patient.* It caused severe dehydration, combined with the Indian summer's heatwave. But, I guess anyone who decides to go for it should know it already that this herb needs a lot of water to be metabolized properly.Pros:* Surprisingly, it has seemed to work after over 3 weeks from the end of the course. So, I can't be sure if it was the Uva Ursi or just lots urination caused by drinking plenty of water and other cleansing liquids.

This is literally the only thing in the world that works for me for getting rid of bladder infections!I absolutely hate having to go the route of going to the doctor and getting antibiotics (they aren’t good for you and mess with other stuff, not to mention they make your birth control less effective) just for a bladder infection. I have tried all the other natural remedies and solutions but to no avail. I am now allergic to 3 antibiotics used for UTIs. Since beginning use of Uva Ursi I've had one UTI while traveling, which with this herb and Alka Seltzer every 4 hours (neutralizes acid) has cleared the infection up in 3-4 days without it's getting beyond natural remedies. Have now gone for 6 months without a flare-up. Plan to use one daily when touring New England in October.

I took this along with several supplements as a stack to help with my fitness goals and overall health. I was able to maintain a good liver kidney and overall circulation and water retention for me was all in balance and also assisted in nice energy and my bladder wasn't over active but I could tell I was flushing my system in a positive manner and would for sure add this back in to my daily vitamins. I am still supplementing but not as strict as i was when i first purchased. No issues with digestion and no side affects at all.
