Parrish Magic Line 10 x 15 x 3 Inch Oblong Cake Pan

As a baker, I have used a lot of cake pans both commercial and home use pans, but this one takes the cake ( pun intended 😉). The cake was evenly done with no crust around the edges, with no heat core!! The corners were nice and sharp! Best cake pan I have ever used!!! As far as clean up, it went really easy as there was nothing stuck to the pan I have included a photo of the pan after I have used it, several times to show how there is no wear to the pan!

Hahahahaha...I'm writing this opinion in behalf of my wife who said: "This is the best baking pan that I've ever had", and believe me, she has had a lot. I hope this is enough as a good review. A good product deserves it.

Very nice pan and perfect size for kid's and other party cakes. (although not a standard size, but that is what I wanted.)

I couldn't wait for this to arrive because everyone just raves about it in the reviews. However, when I got mine it looked like it had already been used. There are scratches on the pan bottom and the sides are scuffed on the one edge. It's going back for replacement. Hopefully the next one will be better.

very hard to clean in corners

This pan is the perfect size (10x15"), the perfect material (aluminum that heats evenly and cleans easily), the perfect design (edges to hold onto) and the perfect depth (2"). I have made cakes that come out perfectly brown and even and chicken wings that came out perfectly crispy and delicious. And most important, it's made in the USA....perfect!

Absolutely the best pans ever. I have purchased several pans over the years -- looking for the PERFECT one to cook / bake with. I LOVE this pan. I am on the verge of trashing all of the others I own -- and just buying another 2-3.
