Kryptonite000884 Keeper 5s Yellow Disc Lock

Nothing will stop a determined thief but wanted to add some security to my Goldwing gl1800. I chose this lock from its long history and was very impressed about the weight and construction .I was surprised the feature to registrar the keys on line in case I loose them this was unexpected and nice

So someone did try to steal my motorcycle, but I had this lock on the rotor. In the pictures, you can see they smashed the tire lock, freeing the handlebars to rotate without the key. They tried to disassemble the tire (you can see a missing bolt) to get the lock off so they could roll the bike away. When all that failed, they smashed the gas tank in an attempt to get the gas cap off, and when all that failed, they kept my tarp as a booby prize.The lock held. You can see how much abuse they gave it, and I was worried for my rotor, but it held the thief up long enough for a neighbor to drive him off. Job well done, 5/5 buying the name brand was worth every cent. My only minor gripe is that the rubber cap to protect the keyhole from rust has never wanted to fit right, but my area doesn't have much corrosion as a concern. I've told everyone I know that rides to get one! It fits in your backpack and takes only a few seconds to put on. I don't use the strap because I don't want to draw attention to the security device, but other people do to remind them to remove it before sitting down and firing up. Either way, excellent product, would absolutely buy again, but everything is still here and I don't have to because it did its job.

Extremely easy to use and secures the bike. Paint seems to chip off easy making the appearance not so nice but quality is good. Small price to pay for a little extra security.

This goes in one of the vent holes in the front disc brake. The black chrome is nice, and the lock is very heavy duty. i lock it on to the rack bar behind my seat so as not to carry it in my pocket while riding. It provides a little more peace of mind when I park my sporty. The bright orange coil is useful in reminding me to remove the lock from the front wheel. Would love to be able to insert my helmet rings to use as a helmet lock as well as a front disc lock. Overall, like it and will use it.

Got this to use in my motorcycle to keep it from being stolen

These disk locks are the best I've found. Simple and sturdy. The tether line I always run to the left handlebar to remind me that the damned thing is on the disk so I don't try to ride away and cause damage. I have 4 of these locks on old airheads.
