I can said that with confidence because I have never used a tent before in my life and I was able to set it up within 15 minutes of opening the package. Haven't tried it under rain yet so I can't say anything about how water resistant it is. Aside from that, it felt a little hot and humid inside once I closed the entrance. But aside from that, this is an excellent product. Very light weight, easy to set up and pack. And light enough that it can be carried easily by a single person.
