It works perfect!
I honestly didn’t think it would work.But was proven wrong!I work 12 hr shifts.My truck sits right under the sun.It was 99 degrees outside and hotter inside.But look!!My drinks were still half frozen !I highly recommendWill buy more of these bags.I’ve bought tons of the so called plastic ice packs that worked horriblyBut no more.Give it a try.

Best bag to store while traveling
I took this bag on an international flight in my checked in baggage with ice packs and breast milk stored in between as I was traveling for a month and needed stored milk for baby. Even after 24 hours of travel the milk was still temperature maintained and frozen. I was soooo surprised and impressed. The quality and sturdiness is top notch.

Good to have on hand. I keep mine in the trunk in case I have another stop or 2 after buying something cold. The closure could be better.

Defective design, not as shown
Defective. Not as shown. Unable to open. It only has one handle and it’s obvious the other handle is missing because the thing is sealed up and can’t be opened. Returning.

Works okay
I don’t like the fact that this bag does not snap together. If you don’t pick it up by the handle, the sides can fall open. When it is help upright it works fine.

It Works!
This works great. Went to the market and bought four pints of sorbet and they stayed frozen the entire trip home which took about an hour. My only complaint is that the carrying handle is small and a bit uncomfortable by design.
