Silicone Rubber in Paste for Molds 1:1 SIL Hand (500 g) | non-Toxic and Rapid, Shape-Stealing, Easy to Use, Ideal for Molds of Small Objects and Anatomical Parts

I checked the review before placing the order, one person said they made ear impression with it, and another person said it is not possible as it cure to quickly. My first attempt was not successful, as it was indeed curing too quickly. I recall in the past with proper ear impression material, the material cure much quicker in hot environment, and cool material cures slower, then I put the material in the fridge after weighing them, and mix them up after a few minutes very quickly, put it into the syringe and did get a very workable material. Result was great, very detailed. Still could be a runnier when not cured, but good enough for the job.

Love this stuff! Just be QUICK cause it sets basically less than 10 seconds after mixing lol. If you aren't careful you can end up with a lot of waste.

Great stuff. Cures surprisingly fast though. Be warned. Mix it quickly. Not suitable for injecting ear molds. Simple shallow plugs ok though. Great for simple shallow moulding. Low odour. Doesn't leave much residue.

Good for making mould to help straighten my hammer toe. Cheaper than the other product I was using. Definitely helps me and will buy again when needed

Wirklich easy zu verarbeiten... Wenn einem das 1 : 1 Mischverhältnis zu schnell aushärtet kann Mann auch einfach weniger Aushärter untermischen!!! So verlängert sich die Verarbeitungszeit und man hat genügend Zeit um zu korrigieren. Ich habe Abdrücke von den Füßen meiner Tochter damit gemacht... Und wie bei allem braucht man halt seine Versuche bis man weiß wie die Masse reagiert und wie viel Zeit man hat... Und Babyfußabdrücke sind eh so ne Sache .... Aber es hat sehr gut funktioniert und man kann diese Form sobald man die perfekte gefunden hat immer wieder verwenden. Perfekt. :)

J'ai essayé avec le silicone de la marque Gedeo qui est plus cher et vendu en petites quantités. Celui-ci est plus abordable et tout à fait satisfaisant.

Very practical product to make small soft plastic parts. Be thorough in the mix or some area will never cure and stay sticky. Be quick, since it cures fast once well mixed.

È un materiale estremamente versatile: nonostante un leggero effetto unto durante la lavorazione, si lava via con facilità e non emana cattivi odori, confermando la sua atossicità e sicurezza d'uso (certificata anche per il contatto con la pelle); è morbida e si impasta benissimo e senza sforzo, perfetta anche per insegnare la tecnica dei calchi anche ai bambini (magari sotto supervisione). Il vero punto di forza è la semplicità di miscelazione e la consistenza in pasta: permette di creare calchi di svariate forme applicandola direttamente sull'oggetto, senza la necessità di costruire una cassaforma o uno stampo contenitivo. Questo risparmia tempo e materiale, rendendola ideale per riprodurre rapidamente piccoli oggetti, componenti di modellismo o parti anatomiche con un dettaglio sorprendente. In fotografia vedete l'applicazione per prendere un calco di prova di una chiave torx. In sintesi: Comodissima, rapida e pulita. Un "rubaforme" indispensabile nel laboratorio di ogni maker.

Het werken met het 2-componenten siliconenrubber gaat boven verwachting. Doordat de mal was ingespoten met siliconenspray kon het product later eenvoudig uit de mal worden gehaald. Op de verpakking staat dat je vanaf het moment van mengen 5 minuten de tijd hebt om de siliconen te verwerken. In mijn ervaring heb je veel minder tijd, na ongeveer 1:30 minuten kneden (een gelijke hoeveelheid uit potjes A en B) moet je de siliconen in een mal of op een andere manier in zijn definitieve vorm gaan brengen. Gelukkig gaat het kneden heel gemakkelijk en blijven de siliconen niet aan je handen plakken. De genoemde tijd van 1:30 minuten voor goed kneden lijkt mij voldoende tijd om dit goed te doen.
