Does this suppose to roll on as a liquid? I applied this several times only to see that it's dry.** A: It is supposed to be liquid. I've had the same issue before..but roll that ball around with your finger while holding the bottle upside down. If that doesn't work, contact the manufacturer. I love this product because it's the only that works. **Q: Can this be used on hands?** A: I have never used it on my hands, but I work a night shift, just watching a patient sleep, so I read every review in this product. I do remember reading that some have used it on their hands, so give it a try. It is sold at Target for about $5. **Q: Can I use it with my face...?** A: Use a small amount of baby powder on face **Q: can this be used on chest,neck** A: I have to use it on my calf because I wear a brace there and it makes me sweat alot.
