The biggest advantage. The first pocket has a space to store cards etc. The second main compartment has a divider so you can keep e.g. a small tablet in there. A back zip pocket which fits my phone in there perfectly. A concealed zip on the shoulder strap (would be perfect for small phones or wallet).+ Thick strap so it's very comfortable for the shoulder. Great padded structure so supports the back.+ Easily adjustable strap and convenient clip for quick access.+ Headphone hole so you can keep your phone zipped away in the rucksack if desired.+ Nice feeling material which I expect would hold up well in light rain showers.I haven't come across any negatives!Overall I'm really impressed by this bag, as its sleek and compact but has so many zipped compartments. Nice feel to the material, it's not thin stuff like a previous one I had that ripped after a month. This has a padded spine so if like me you carry lumpy stuff around, it doesn't dig into you. Plenty of space for your daily hike to work and back, without looking like you're moving house. It's not a huge bag, but if you expected bigger (like some reviewers, I noticed) you should have read the measurements before buying. This is great for me, my android tablet goes in it, phone charger, diary for work, my headphones pop out the little headphone exit, and there's a water carrier which I will never use, but lots will, I imagine.
