Tape Best tape ever used

The best kinesiology tape for wrapping nerve and muscle pain and injuries. It sticks perfectly, stretch it for more compression or just lay it down for less. Lasts for days. It really helps on extremities and the back with its four way stretch support. I love how it looks and feels also.

Very nice comfortable, stays on through a shower and sweating outside in very humid conditions. Good all around, slick so does not catch on clothes or sheets. This is the only kind I buy for personal use.

We have all been injured and KT is a fantastic tool to aid in healing. This is KT tapes stronger brother. I had a hand injury and with all the wrist manipulation and hand washing, I was going through so much KT tape. My physical therapist recommended trying the dynamic tape. It was a game changer. It was stronger adhesive but not so strong that you would rip layers off your skin off. It is easy to use just like KT tape. My co worker thought I got a new tattoo as this was the design I got. I fooled her about a month before she figured out it wasn’t a tattoo.😂

This is great supportive tape for people who need some extra support but don't want to use a constrictive brace. My physical therapist recommended it for supporting my knee rather than using a knee brace and it has worked really well. If you heat up the tape before applying it by rubbing it between your hands, it will stick better. As someone else mentioned, round the corners of the tape so it sticks better and doesn't rub up. Make sure that you pull the tape taut (i.e., stretched out) when applying it to your skin. To remove the tape, make sure your skin is 110% dry. Do not try to remove the tape immediately after a workout when your skin is still moist or sweaty - you will wind up taking off a top layer of skin with it and that hurts! I'm not yet sure of the difference between "original," "powerband," "eco," and the red bull version, but eager to find out how they might be used for different issues!

Really great tape. Our son uses this whenever he needs it for injuries. It's very durable and lasts a long while when he's wearing it. It's easy to use and doesn't irritate my son's skin.

Sticks to you for about 3/5 days works well wish it wasn’t so expensive tho !
