Worth the Money
Naturenetics is great. I've been taking HairAnew for about five to six weeks now. I have my hair in a protective braid style so it can grow over summer without me having to deal with it. I've had thinning spots at my temples that wouldn't grow back for the longest, and my hair has been in a short cut for about five years now. I'm just starting to try to grow it out, and with the help of Naturenetics, it's been growing at a good rate. The thin spots have filled in completely, and my hair has grown between one to two inches since I've started using the supplements. I'm on the beginning of my second bottle now, my hair is growing in healthy and much stronger; I experience much less shedding. Overall it's a great product to use if trying to renew hair loss/thin spots or even trying to grow it out. P.S. the company does send a free extra bottle after your first purchase which I think is fantastic, and they keep in touch with you on your progress to check how the product's working in a very down-to-earth, non-salesy type of way. Great company. They will keep receiving my money for as long as I want my hair to grow. UPDATE: 1/4/18 I wrote the above review about two years ago when my hair was at its healthiest while using Naturenetics. After I stopped using them for a while (got too expensive to keep up with), I ended up bleaching my hair and damaging it so I'm in the process of starting over. In search of a cheaper option, I used the biotin pills by Sports Research, which has something like 120 capsules in one bottle (about 3 months' worth). Their pills are easier to swallow also. The problem with the Sports Research pills are not their effectiveness, because they do help with hair growth, but I noticed that my acne got exponentially worse during the three months I used them. Also, Naturenetics' biotin pills actually are a vitamin B-complex treatment, which I have a huge deficiency in, so if you fall in that category, these pills are great. I felt much more energetic during the months I took these pills and just healthier overall, not to mention my hair was growing like a weed, and it was very moisturzed and healthy without me adding much oil to it at all (I have typically dry, African-American hair). I honestly wish I hadn't stopped taking them at all and didn't decide to damage my hair by coloring it; my hair would be incredibly long by now if I hadn't stopped. I'm about to start taking them again and, hopefully I'll achieve the same results as before. P.S. I didn't experience any acne flare-ups with these Naturenetics supplements, the way I did with the Sports Research pills. My nails were also very healthy during this time, but I'd never had a problem with unhealthy nails.

Great product !!!
I’ve been taking HairAnew for about seven months, and I can really see a difference! My hair feels stronger, fuller, and grows faster. I also noticed improvements in my skin and nails. I love that it’s vegetarian and made with vitamins that actually support healthy hair from the inside out. Definitely a supplement that works! 💁♀️✨

I am still losing hair but I'm not sure if the hair falling out now needs to come out to make way for new healthy hair or if I'm still not getting to the root cause of my hair loss issue. The amount has decreased significantly however. AND I have noticed my hair filling in around my temples and hair line where before it just seemed thin and sad. There are small 1-inch hairs all over my head, some are two inches so I believe I am regrowing my hair. Overall I think I am on the road to recovery. Also my finger nails are growing so quickly I have to file them every other day, which I think is a good sign. I have very fine hair that's always been very healthy and can grow quite long. My hair loss issue started sometime over this past summer. I had given my hair a bit of beating since last winter. In my attempt to ween myself off of shampoo and conditioner, which was causing massive build up and dandruff (even organic and expensive brands) I tried several different alternative hair care routines. I tried the baking soda and apple cider vinegar only routine, which I would never recommend to anyone because it completely dried out my scalp. High quality shampoo bars, coconut oil masks, no shampoo at all etc. I finally ended up at the the moroccan method and that helped a little bit, but ultimately I was not happy with the way it made my hair look and became skeptical of the 'detox' period the company claims your hair has to go through. My hair just looked thick and greasy most of the time. I still use their Euro hair oil but have abandoned most of the other products. Throughout this whole period large amounts of hair would come out in the shower and I started to notice my hair line receding and my part widening. Obviously it freaked me out. I'm a firm believer treating pretty much anything without a doctors help, because I have done so in the past with the help of my chiropractor and ayurvedic practitioner. So I got hard core in to the 'real food' diet and revved up my ayurvedic routine and supplement intake. I can contribute this solely to hairanew because I am doing several other things to help with my hair loss issue, and I'm not sure if it's everything or one thing that is helping. I got my blood tested to make sure there was not a significant health issue. I eat a quality seasonal diet comprised of good meats and veggies, pasture raised eggs and dairy. I make my own pasture raised chicken bone broth which I drink daily. I am also taking blackstrap molasses daily (for iron), 5000iu vitamin d, fish oils and fermented cod liver oil plus ayurvedic herbs. I take an adrenal supplement my chiropractor put me on from nutri-west called DSF formula, which has made a huge difference to my energy levels. I also massage doTerra lavender, cedarwood, rosemary and frankincense essential oils in to my scalp with the moroccan method euro hair oil an hour before showering to stimulate and moisturize my scalp. I bought the Pura d'or hair loss shampoo and conditioner and wash my hair with it every other day, sometimes every third day. I air dry my hair and I only brush it when it is dry, I only use a bristle boar soft brush. I installed a high quality water filter in my shower to remove chemicals and other unnecessary additives. I may get my thyroid hormones tested just to make sure that is functioning properly as well. I bought hairanew because it has b-vitamins and biotin, which are not in abundance in my other supplements and they can only help not cause more harm. I'll try to report back in the future but as I said before, I am happy with the product.

Working for Me!!!
So I have used this product for two months now and am on my 3rd bottle as of today. This is the first time I have ever completed a 30 day use of any vitamins let alone 60 days!! If I don't see results I normally quit and end up wasting money. This time with HairAnew, I saw results within the first 2 weeks. My nails had be breaking and of course very week but within only two weeks I could see how long and strong my nails had gotten. This encouraged me to continue on. My first area of needed growth was my edges so I took before and after pictures of my edges during the process (see picture attached). And yes they grew back!!! But I must add that I used ORS Fertilizing Temple Balm mixed with rosemary on my edges as well. Regarding the rest of my hair. I DO know its growing I just have not done a length check yet. My hair is 4C (very tight coil) the only way to accurately track length is by straighten the hair which I am not ready to do since it requires heat. I want time for my hair to really repair and get stronger before doing so. But I can tell by the length of my twist that it is definitely growing. I would say about 1 inch curled which usually equals 3 inches straight! Yes hair grows everywhere else as well. Some people have a problem with this but I expected it. These are vitamins that are taken orally so it should affect hair, skin, and nails everywhere! One issue I am having is the Biotin does give me pimples (the harder kind). I combat this by using black soap (the natural brown colored black soap that comes from Ghana in block form). Oh and drink lots of water people. Drink Water!!!!!! Even better Drink Alkalized Water!!!!! This helps more than anything with hair health and growth.

Mixed Results...
Mixed results. I purchased the product because since June of last year (2014), my hair has been coming out. I've had issues in the past with hair loss due to anemia, but blood levels and all my labs are fine. Throid is doing fine too. I take great care of my hair. Since childhood, I've always had hair that grows, but this shedding for no apparent reason is very frustrating. Anyway, so far as helping with the hair loss, the product did not. Yet it seemed to help me in other ways. I just finished 60 days of the product on yesterday. Here is my take on it: 1. The company offered a free 30-day supply, which they promptly sent me as soon as I requested it online. 2. A CSR emailed me not long after I received the product asking how things were going. When I replied back, she didn't just respond with a 'form letter' type of email, but answered me as if she actually read my email...:O) Not once, but 2 or 3 back-and-forth replies. 3. I did a length check about 30 days into it and my hair had grown a lot from my last length check. However, I don't have a comparison of what the length was at the very beginning, so it's hard to attribute it ONLY to Hair Anew. (Remember, I'm on a long hair journey, so I'm doing other protocols to help the growth. Yet, I believe it grew faster than usual. This weekend, I will do another length check to see how much progress was made since mid-April (30 days ago). 4. I didn't see any change in my nails. And that's okay. My nails are fine as they are. Just wanted to give my results in case someone focused on nail improvements. 5. The biggest difference I saw (and can honestly say the product affected) was in the quality of my skin. This improvement occurred only in the last 2 weeks of the 60 days, however. And even though I drink tons of water daily, I got a few big bumps on my skin, but they quickly went away. So, now I still need get the bottom of why my hair comes out so easily. I'm blessed to have hair that grows and is already long. It has always been thick, but I am noticing that the thickness is is less than before. Perhaps the vitamins can only do so much. I know that hair goes through growth cycles where you shed for awhile to make room for new hair. The last time my hair came out like this was exactly 5 years ago (and June is the month of my birth). Each time I've noticed it coming out, it is in a birth year which would be exact if it started when I was 5 years old...lol.

Amazing! Reviews after 1 month, few months and 1 year
I waited until I had been using this for nearly a month before writing a review. Since my main concern was to grow my hair long and fast and not to test a product, I switched up a lot of things in my daily routine (very little/no heat, co-washing, lots of drinking water, etc) so I can't attribute all of my results to this alone, but I would say it's helped. My hair doesn't seem to have grown faster than normal, but it does seem healthier and my nails are certainly growing fast and strong. I haven't had any breakouts (which is common when taking such a high dose of biotin, I've had it happen before) but I do believe drinking lots of water helps with that since I'm still blemish free. I'm starting my 2nd bottle in a few days, so if anything remarkable happens I'll update this. Edit: So now I'm definitely subscribing and have noticed a number of differences since I stopped taking this back in May. I can't say for certain that my hair has stopped growing, but it's definitely not growing as fast as it was earlier and I'm shedding like crazy. No other major changes in my hair routine. And yes, I know about terminal length and growth cycles, and it's possible that's all I'm experiencing, but just in case it isn't, I'm going back to this 0 Edit 02/27/17: In 2013 I had donated 13 inches of hair, leaving what I had between chin and shoulder length. Last year it was a few inches below my shoulders and I wanted it long again. I've been taking this everyday now and not only is my hair now waist length, it is healthy, full and thick all the way through, which usually at this length the bottom half tends to be thin. I know this is because of the vitamins because I am back to heat styling, infrequent cuts, etc and yet the last time my hair was in such great shape and so long was when I was in junior high and it was all Virgin hair. Aside from cutting my hair 4 years ago, I also experienced some hairloss after switching to Wen for a few months, and I definitely see regrowth of what fell out. I've upgraded this to 5 stars because this stuff really works! Oh and my nails grow crazy fast. After cutting to the skin, I end up with claws after about a month and they are very strong. BTW- no one is paying me for this review and I never received a gosh darn thing for saying nice things. I just feel I owe it to the company to come out and say how truly amazing this supplement is.

See professional before using. Made my hair loss much worse.
I'm full of emotion on this one because my 1 star rating of HairAnew doesn't tell the whole story. I'll explain. First of all, product reviews for supplements of any kind should be taken with a grain of salt and viewed as anecdotal more than universally prescriptive. This was my experience and I am by no means a professional on these things by any stretch of the imagination. With that said, my experience has indeed been a terrible one I am 27 years-old and a couple years ago began noticing I was getting that classic "M" shape in my frontal hairline. I saw the outstanding reviews for HairAnew, did some research on the ingredients and eventually decided, "Hey, it's an affordable product. If it doesn't work I'm only out a few bucks. Nothing to sweat over." Oh, if only I knew how soon I'd reaping the sorrows for employing such faulty logic. For context's sake, I'd be remiss not to mention that I've struggled with self-esteem on and off my entire life, so I have been attempting to combat and correct the onset of my hair loss ever since the moment I first became aware with minimal to no success. I'm talking different shampoos & conditioners.. oils... styling products... meticulously altering my hair care methodology top to bottom and to this point, none of it had worsened things but also none of it had improved/reversed my hair loss either. Now, it is certainly possible that my hair loss is speeding up naturally regardless of what I do or don't do (I am also under a lot of stress these days for other various reasons, you know, life stuff), however, I also am confident using this product per the bottle's own instructions made my hair loss even worse. Not only did I not notice any meaningful positive change in the front of my hair, I rapidly began losing hair in the back as well. This all came to a very obvious head, no pun intended, when I noticed my scalp was BREAKING OUT LIKE CRAZY. Acne has never been a huge problem for me, even back when I was going through puberty. Likewise, to my knowledge I have never experienced such a problem on my scalp until now. I stopped taking the product halfway through bottle number two and have scheduled appointments with professionals to see if I have any options to salvage my hair other than the huge expense of transplants. Perhaps I will eventually learn from those professionals that I should have sought them out right away instead of spending 2 years doing guesswork and potentially making my hair loss worse. If this turns out to be the case I will not shy away from accepting some of the blame by choosing to cut corners. So what does all this mean? Should you try HairAnew or not? Well, if you made it this far then I expect you already know the answer is not that simple. The only meaningful advice I can give you on products such as this is that ideally, you SHOULD speak with a professional or two before you start taking anything, not just HairAnew. I'm not posting the pictures I took because like I said, I'm super insecure about how bad it looks. Hence why I am also admitting some of this may be my own fault. To summarize: please let my story be a lesson to not take shortcuts. I'm assuming you are reading these reviews because you love your hair too, and maybe you even struggle mightily with self-image as I do. Buyer Beware. Don't end up like me because you figured your own internet research was good enough to justify a purchase.
