Yarniss Crochet Hooks,14 Size Ergonomic Crochet Hooks Set 2mm(B)-10mm(N)

I have been crocheting most of my life, thanks to my grandmother who taught me when I was about six years old. My first project was the world’s longest chain stitch. I’m used to the full metal crochet hooks that I was taught with. These crochet hooks are incredibly comfortable in my hand, and I can crochet for much longer (because I am no longer six years old). They fit my hand just right, and they do not slip or slide. The “handles,” for lack of a better word, are made of a material that is soft but solid, yet not too hard. The cute little storage bag keeps them all together. They appear durable, though I haven’t had them long enough to test that statement. The weight is the same as their metal counterparts, and the price was unbelievable for the quality of the crochet hooks. I was very pleased with this purchase.

My daughter greatly appreciates this beginner set! The hooks are very easy to use, and the ergonomic design makes them comfortable to hold. Having 12 different sizes (2.0mm to 8.0mm) gives her plenty of options for different yarn weights and projects. The case keeps everything organized too. Great starter set for anyone learning to crochet. Good quality and affordable. Highly recommend!

Great hooks. The hooks feel smooth and glide through the yarn with ease. I prefer the ergonomic handles and the length of these hooks over others as they are a little longer which makes it easier to hold. I bought these hooks when I decided to try crochet as a hobby because they were cheaper and had good reviews. Since then, I have bought a couple Clover and Tulip hooks and I can honestly say that the quality of the Yarniss hooks is comparable to these more expensive hooks. I think this is a good set for all levels of crocheters. I am going to buy the set of smaller sizes now that I have started using crochet thread.

So far I am loving these crochet hooks! The ergonomic handle is much more comfortable to use than a standard hook. The price for the set is a much better value than individual hooks at our local craft stores and even compares well with prices for sets there. The added extras seem nice although I haven’t used them yet. Finally, I really like the pretty case. Mine has the brand logo printed on it, not the annoying plaque mentioned by another reviewer.

I like a pointy head crochet hook. I love the clover hooks. These are fatter than the clover and Not as smooth. But you get what u pay for. I would recommend this set if you are a beginner and learning your skills and you just want a nice set. So for a first starter set absolutely recommend. But I like quality. Not quantity. The quality are decent. Sturdy. Good grip handle. Mostly smooth threw the yarn but fat rounded heads and I like a more narrow head. Scissors are stupid they only cut if you learn how to hold the yarn extremely tight and cut in a certain spot of the Scissors. These would also be a good set to have just to have an extra full set. But they do NOT INCLUDE #3. MM. HOOK. It skips the 3.mm. which i would rather they keep the Scissors and put a #3 hook in the kit. That makes no sense. It has 2.75mm then goes to 3.5mm. And I noticed some of the sizes of the heads are on the larger size. So you will have to adjust. Over all though. I recommend if any of these reasons suit your needs. If u want pointy head dont buy these. They are thick. Very sturdy though. Hook.. decent. Run large size. Fat. Rounded. Not pointy. For the most point smooth. Throat.. the throat i suppose is average. I would like a deeper throat. Handle.. rubber grip. Decent. Comfortable. Nice grip. Does not slip out of your hand. Go ahead try these. Good standard set to have for extras or beginning.

Very nice hooks & very comfortable to work with. A+! The included pouch & stitch markers are very handy, no more hooks rolling off my desk. The pouch means I can also just grab & go to bring then anywhere & not worry that I didn't bring the correct hook(s) or that I'll lose one somewhere.

I'm actually really impressed with this crochet hook set. I half expected the hooks to be rough and feel cheap, but they're actually really nice. This set is a GREAT value. All of the hooks are good quality. The case is awesome for organization and keeping everything together. The plastic needles, stitch markers and scissors are basic, but helpful nonetheless. I also like all of the accessories that this set comes with. I wish I would have bought this set when I started crocheting a couple of months ago because it has everything that you need, even the scissors. My only complaint is the patch on the front of the case which is hardly a complaint, but rather a funny observation. The stitching on this patch on the front of the case is so bad that it's funny (added a picture). I don't know if it was intentional or a malfunction in the manufacturing process, but it's not stitched on the way that it should be. I'd rather not have the patch on the case anyways so that works out. I'll use these new scissors in the set to remove it.

I was pleasantly surprised by these! B 2.0mm to N 10mm hooks. I do not use all of these sizes, but the price for the entire set was worth it. At the time I purchased this set there was only a three dollar difference between the 5 piece set and the 14 piece set. So for me the full set was a better value as all the hooks I wanted were in the larger set, but not the smaller one. It also came with thread snip/scissors, stitch markers and a case of metal tapestry needles and a very streamlined/narrow case easily fits into a purse or project bag! Now I am an inline crochet hook person (Susan Bates is my go-to) but these are not terrible to work with. I do have some nerve damage in my hands that makes crocheting for extended periods an issue. I make a lot of blankets and my hand was cramping so I wanted to try an ergonomic hook. I watched a number of YouTube videos and several mentioned this brand. Even though these are tapered, they're not as bulbous as most tapered ones and the yarn didn't slip off these for me. See pics for comparison, but this is a pretty comparable width to my favorite brand hooks and I will use these when I want to work on a larger project. They're pretty smooth and there's very little bend/flex to the hook. The hook shaft goes down to nearly the end of the rubber/silicone end and it doesn't slide in the hand. The hook sizes are marked. I'm not sure what the material is but it doesn't smell and it's not overly tacky so I don't think it's some terrible chemical or anything. Overall I like these and for the price they're decent hooks. I can see myself using these as often as my Bates ones. I tried some of the more expensive ones because the comfort is more important than anything and I was willing to buy my favorite size hooks but when I tested those I found them uncomfortable. You need to figure out what works best for you and that's different for everyone depending on how you work, hold, grip, etc. If you're wondering about these or curious this set it worth the money!

Cumple con lo dicho en su descripción y como se esperaba algunos artículos varían los colores, es decir, no son del todo los mostrados en su perfil, pero cabe destacar que la bolsa (el porta ganchos) es de muy buen material y los detalles son muy bien apreciados tal y como se ve en la foto de la descripción. I bought this set because all the lace sets I’ve found were hard plastic and these are silicone. Very comfortable. The size is embossed on each hook and also stamped. It’s a complete set and has nice accessories. The case is denim and the hook elastics are very tight. Complete travel set.

Loved these little tools and the cute little zippered pouch containing all tools in a ziplock bag. Tools are clearly labelled, smooth and comfortable to use.
