Can this be used to write nfc 215 tags?

This 13.56M RFID writer support write mifare classic like S50/S70, it doesn't write NFC215tag. it supports to read the NFC215 7byte UID, and send it to host like an USB keyboard.

Hard to actually use came with no software, no instructions that I have seen other than a config card that prints to txt file. Can't use well
