The best all seasoning. I use it on steaks, hamburger, meatballs basically any meat. Perfectly balanced. Expensive but worth it. This is my second bottle.

For the "full Trinity", you need to add celery or celery seeds; but if you're reading this, you probably know that already. I discovered this seasoning blend while visiting friends in Toronto; after over 20 years of living with a real Louisiana/Nawlins native wife, it has become a staple of my kitchen. It is a favorite starter for pasta sauce and any rice dishes, as well as all by itself as a dry rub on slow-cook pork roasts or on top of burger patties on the grill to bring out the smoky goodness. Yes, it's a bit pricey in this big container, but I find it and a good Montreal Steak seasoning are usually my go-to starting points for so many dishes that I usually run out in 6-8 months, so no chance of it going stale. In fact, I need to order another one right now!

This seasoning can be used on anything to give it more flavor. I used it on protein, vegetables, and salad.

Taste great

We used to buy another brand of Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic seasoning but they discontinued it to my dismay. I found this on Amazon and got the small one on special. Seemed to be as good if not better than the other brand. Went to reorder and the price had gone up a lot, searched and found this larger economical size and we are enjoying our favorite spice again. I use it on almost everything !!

Great flavor but too salty

The first thing I do with a new season is 1 see how it smells and 2 see how it tastes. I use this on my meat and fish with good results
