They're cheap pencils but they're fun to collect and use with the colored lead! Some people complain about how the lead itself isn't colored, just the outside coating, but I don't think it's a major loss. If anything, it makes them more practical to use in everyday situations, like going to class. The 0.5 mm lead is unique in that it's darker than standard lead, but it still erases well and works on standardized tests and Scan-trons. The only thing to note is that the cute crown-tipped pencils use 0.7 mm lead.The first time I ordered they just came in a plastic packet, but the second time they were in a little ribbon draw-string gift bag inside the plastic packaging .They're not super high quality, but I've only broken one after using it for class for months in a row. I haven't gotten any duplicates of the same pencil, but I have gotten two colors of the same style. I haven't been disappointed with my 20 pencils and lead! I'll definitely order them again.

I have to say I was very pleased with all of these pencils. I'm a 20 year old female college student with a lot of schoolwork and I enjoy having little things (especially full of color ) around to brighten up my day among it all. It's around Fall/ Halloween now so I got a few Fall themed pencils which was nice. I also got 3 hello kitty pencils and 2 royal crown ones. So if you're a guy these might be too girly, but they all came with lead in the pencils already plus the refills which look like little pencils themselves which was cute. Some were more sturdy and I feel made better then some of the other pencils that came in the package . All in all , they all write well and were all really cute! Would recommend. (Especially if anyone is into Japanese or Korean styled stationary)

I wanted to give this collection a 5. Honestly I did. In fact, part of me still does, but the other part is the part where: the purple "mushroom" pencil is so flimsy it will be broken within a few hours of use; the lead is a waste; there are a couple of "meh" designs, but all in all they are very cute pencils. My favorite is this "Lilly of the Valley" one and since they are prizes for my kids, I am keeping the LotV one because I don't think the kids would really appreciate it as much as I do. The doggie square head was a hit. I am wondering what will happen if I order AGAIN, do I get the same assortment, or totally other random pencils?

These are so cute! Ok where to start. So at first I was upset that I only got the crown pencil shown in the pic. I really thought the ones in the pic were adorable and made me buy them. I shouldn't have assumed that it would be 10 of those. I quickly got over it when I realized I got 13 pencils and 6 tubes of lead. The ones I got you can see in the pics so I don't have to list them all. I see in the comments that everybody that has ordered has a different selection so I am definitely going to order again in the next couple days in hopes I get a different set. I love them and can't wait to use them when school starts on Tuesday! The only thing I have negative to say about this is that the leads are not actually colored. They are painted on the outside but when you write it is actually grey like a normal piece of lead which is no big deal for me a pencil is a pencil. The flower on the purple flower pencil was off inside the bag so the lead that was in there broke but again I got 6 refills so I was far from worried about that. Overall like I said before I loved them all! Can't wait to order my next set to see what I get. **One of the refills are missing from the pic...oops!*

I have ordered from 3 different sellers a collection of cute mechanical pencils in the past month and I'd say this has been my favorite so far. The variety of pencils you receive is good and I tested them all. Not a single one had a malfunction. You also receive a gummy eraser and 5 refills that are colorful rather than just standard grey/black! This is a great deal for what you get and I personally am happy

They look all right and intact. None of them were noticeably broken, and they all look cute. I even received the color refill lead. There's one mechanical pen in this set that I know I used to buy from Walmart, but I'm not even sure they sell it anymore. Overall, it's fine. Even if it costs to buy, you get a good bit, and the waiting is substantially shorter than buying it from China or in this case, cheaper than buying multiple types of pens from Japan. Not for you if you're the type to like erasers on your mechanical pens rather than carrying a separate eraser because many don't come with erasers attached. Probably the reason why you get a separate eraser to the set. I received two duplicates, which were the pink bear and small pencil resembling one. Basically, each set comes with similar mechanical pens, but most likely a different color with maybe one or two being completely different. Still good, though. I would buy again if I wanted more.

These were bought for my daughter and she is very happy with them, the pencils are very cute and of good quality. However, we only received 9 pencils instead of 10 per the description and the colored lead does not write in color - it writes as regular lead. I wish there was a way to contact the seller to get the full items I purchased without doing a return.
