I have used the MSM from MSM Health Solutions (ONLY) for many years, using both the gel and the flakes. The results are amazing especially on my lower back when a 40 year old injury flares up. I also have a dog with double hip dysplasia and I put the flakes in her food. She has had much improvement in motility and mobility and I have been able to cut back on her prescription pain medication. Great for cellular detox
I used this product many years ago as part of a detox/health program. It did wonders for me. I did break out and body odor was an issue for the first month as all the garbage was coming out. after that time, I had no body odor and more energy than I had in years. I also got comments that I looked a bit younger. I also love that this is sourced and made in the us without fillers or any anti caking agents, just pure, unadulterated MSM. Excellent product for humans and animals
Excellent product for humans and animals. I would be VERY careful in dosing your pets - get with a naturapath vet - but we use it for our dogs and it's helped them tremendously. I use it as well - love this!!!

What a difference!
This MSM product has made a great difference to my shoulder pain. I started taking it on a recommendation, and my aching shoulder does not ache any more! It really works! Highly recommended for anything like arthritis, joint aches/pain.

Very pleased-I have my life back without drugs
So far so GOOD! I started using this product about a month and a half ago and I have not had to take any of my prescription anti-inflammatory since. I have bulged discs in my lower back and suffer from back pain daily. Since I started taking this, my back pain has been reduced significantly. I am very active, I cycle 150 miles a week, I horseback ride and I hike 4 days a week. Before I was taking my prescription about 2-3 times a week. I will continue using this product.

Seems to be a good product so far
Been taking this for about 3 weeks now and do believe it is helpful at keeping the joint aches to a minimum. I also use the topical gel.
