It works well with Raspberry Pi. The 3232 chip appears to be a Sipex SP3232EEN, which based my understanding, is now being produced by MaxLinear. I did not verify functionality for use with hardware flow control, but the CTS and RTS pins are available on the TTL side and every pin on the DB9 connector is soldered to the board. Even the jumpers that came with the module are good quality!
