Outstanding
This phone is amazing. I have a Galaxy Note 9 for work and it blows it away, as I'm sure it would also do the S10.Where do I start, I've had it a week now and it's an absolutely amazing phone.Starting with the build quality, you wont find anything better and it is up there with the best built phones. 10/10. It has a very nice weight to it, perhaps a little heavier than the norm, but this coupled with the sleek metal and glass makes it feel as premium a phone as you can get. I remember picking up a Galaxy S9 I think it was, and it felt like a toy, light as a feather and felt cheap. The Oppo's features are implemented superbly. The fingerprint sensor is lightning quick, instant. The front shark fin camera is very cool and if your not a fan of the notch or whole punch or pill look, this is as good an alternative implementation as your gonna get. Really nice to be able to assign the pop up camera to app unlock too, for added security on PayPal, online banking etc.The rear camera setup is fantastic too, starting with the stylish and sleek flush build, just makes the phone look infinitely more stylish than the ugly camera bumps you see on the S10 and iPhone and most others nowadays.Speaking of the camera, its superb. 4k video recording looks great, the 10x zoom is awesome and the 60x digital zoom, while perhaps not a practical regular feature you would use to take many pictures due to the obvious quality degradation, it's still a very cool feature to have.Having used an 11pro and S20 I can say that 100% there cameras are better. But we are talking about 5% better, and certainly not enough to warrant paying £1,100 as opposed to the Reno's £429 price tag. Pictures I've taken are excellent and camera functionality with the 10x zoom and wide angle shot is great.Battery life seems the best I've seen so far, and I'm getting 48 hours out of medium use. Heavy use will get you well thru the day.The Vooc charging blew me away, full charged from 1% to 100% in about 40 mins. The software I found to be as expected and not sure why the few complaints. Its stock Android really with a bit of an Oppo overlay with the ColorOS. I've found lots of useful features also.Lastly, the creme de la creme, the speakers. This thing is so loud you would think it's a TV playing. Amazing bass, stereo speakers (almost, it's probably 70% from the main speaker and 30% from the earpiece speaker). Overall though best sound I've ever heard on a phone. All in all this phone is amazing, and from someone who has tried them all, iphone, galaxy, HTC, Motorola, Xiaomi, Vivo, this is my latest handset and I doubt I'll be changing phones for a good couple of years.Absolutely outstanding value for money.Build quality, speakers, battery life, rear styling with unique flush camera setup and clean front with the pop up, lightning fingerprint sensor. You don't need anything more in a phone.

Excellent all rounder.
Had this phone for about a month and, so far, it's been excellent.Call quality has been spot on.Connectivity has been stable and reliable.Screen is bright and the touchscreen is very responsive.Speakers are excellent even at higher volume levels.Rear camera is very good all round and excellent when using the zoom feature, photos are crisp, clear and colour is true to life. Some handy post editing tools.Front camera is good, the pop up "shark fin" never gets boring.Fingerprint scanner and face recognition are very fast. There were not many apps or bloatware preinstalled and it was a quick job to remove the ones that were. The battery life is astounding, I'm a heavy user and it easily gets me through a day and well into the next one without having to reach for the charger. The fast charging works a treat and powers up the phone in next to no time. The colorOS UI has its critics but I've found no real problems with it, this may be because I own Sony, Huawei and Samsung devices and am used to switching between UI's on a regular basis. The only slight flaw I've noticed is that the close all open apps does not seem to work so you have to close them individually but for me it isn't a big problem and I'd imagine it will be fixed with a future software update. The USB type C earphones that come with the phone are really good.I have found getting an after market case and screen protector a bit of a pain as there aren't many available in the UK. The case and screen protector that come with the phone are good enough though. All things considered it's an excellent phone and the price reduction made it outstanding value.

A sweet piece of kit.
Got this for £349 second hand from FD Wholesale but in 'like new' condition. Mine is the 5G model and I am still being somewhat smug over what a bargain it was.Came with no original box and a Samsung charger, but I can live with that. My first Oppo. This thing is a full octane powerhouse of a smartphone. Beautiful screen, 8GB of RAM and a still competitive Snapdragon chip. Camera is superb. Phone design is overall stunning. If you like mobile gaming or watching movies, you really can't go wrong with this. Battery life is very respectable. I charge it about once every couple of days and I am a fairly active user.Weighs quite a bit compared to other similarly-sized devices, but I honestly barely notice it. And it is a 6.6 inch screen, after all.If you get it, buy a case. It is slippy and you will drop it or it will slide off a surface. Other downsides? I miss having a notification light but it's no dealbreaker, owing to just how good the Oppo is in other ways. If you insist on wireless charging, this phone is not for you.Otherwise? Five star no questions. I'm still getting to grips with all of ColorOS, but it's a pretty nice tweak of Android. I suspect I might have got even more of a bargain here as I didn't know there were 5G and non-5G versions of the Reno 10x Zoom and I got the 5G, but according to the product description and seller answers above, I don't think you can take 5G capability for granted.
