Excellent one flavor and color
Very potent flavor and color a little bit goes a very long way! Directions say half teaspoon so don use more than that. Some other reviews complain of the packaging but mine was great maybe old packaging was weak. It does stain so be very careful ! I made drinks out of it and it did NOT stain my teeth so not sure if someone took itt directly from spoon that complained of stained teeth

Great product. Tastes great!
So happy I can get this online. I came from Hawaii so trying to find staples here in mainland make it difficult sometimes. TG for Amazon!

Perfectly PURPLE
THIS STUFF IS GREAT. I use it for cookies and brownies! It comes out so purple every time. I love it.

Tasty flavored food coloring
Tastes very good and just like I hoped, however the coloring is extremely intense. This is more like a flavoring and food coloring combined rather than just primarily a flavoring, so you cannot increase the strength of the flavor in whatever you are making without it significantly darkening the color as well. Also if you add too much and are sensitive to tastes, there is a slight bitter flavor from the coloring, however it is nowhere near as bad as some food colorings I have tasted (specifically red/pink ones). Overall good value for the price.

Perfect ube flavor!
Works great and the flavor is awesome! I used it to make ube butter mochi and it came out perfectly! I will say the design of the bottle could be a little better, it’s a bit messy after pouring, but not bad enough to rate it lower.

Adjust recipes accordingly
This is flavoring. Think of the recipe difference between vanilla extract vs. vanilla flavoring. I’d say same. It can be overwhelming. It will stain things purple. I knew this and that’s why I bought it. Even in recipes that ask for this product specifically, I can usually substitute just half with perfect results. Most folks are unnecessarily heavy handed with this. Also consider how many other Ube products you’re adding. Some online recipes ask for this and powder and jam and condensed milk and again, all the extra is unnecessary. I’m not the best at substitutions in these type of recipes as some folks use the others to completely change the consistency. This gives everything a nice purple color if you use the appropriate amount. Pour too much and it starts getting scary. There aren’t a ton of options in this market. I wish there was something more natural or subtle but that’s what why we got so use it wisely.

Uninspired and Disappointed with Ube Flavoring
As someone who loves experimenting with unique flavors in my baking, I was genuinely excited to try this ube flavoring. However, my entire experience from shipping to tasting was a series of letdowns.Quality and Presentation Concerns: Upon unboxing, the product didn't redeem itself. The ube flavoring was in a bottle that looked surprisingly cheap and worn, not at all like the vibrant, professional images shown online. The label was peeling off and had a typo, which cast doubts about the overall quality and authenticity of what was inside.Lackluster Flavor: The real test, though, was in the flavor itself – and unfortunately, it failed here too. Ube is known for its rich, earthy, and slightly nutty taste, but what I got from this bottle was anything but that. The flavor was artificial, more reminiscent of generic sweet purple yam than the true, distinctive taste of ube. It lacked depth and authenticity, failing to do justice to the beloved Filipino ingredient. Even when used generously in my recipes, the flavoring didn't impart the expected ube magic but rather an off, synthetic aftertaste.Overall Experience: In summary, from the problematic shipping and handling to the unimpressive quality and the disappointing, inauthentic taste, this ube flavoring was a big letdown. It neither lived up to the expectation nor provided the rich, ube experience I was craving for in my culinary creations. I won't be purchasing again and would recommend others to look for a more authentic and reliable flavoring option.

Is this even approved by the FDA???
Thanks to the reviews I was careful handling this product but silly me didn’t realize stains anything and anywhere! Look at my teeth after drinking it!!! Stained even my stainless steel jar!It is flavorful and you just need a little.Packaging is the worst and as mentioned previously, leaks all over.Note that this doesn’t have sugar, so I recommend adding some. I agree with the review that said it has an earthy taste.I did not receive the magnet eitherI love ube but this product raise so many red flags! It is flavorful and a vibrant color
