**Q: Does it have a self cleaning feature?I see some of the other units say they are self cleaning to preveny microbial growth in water lines.**
A: You have to run a solution through the unit, so no.  It is pretty simple, and there are instruction in the manual

**Q: I have a two yr old that loves our water cooler how are the buttons on top?  A deterrent?**
A: There is a locking mechanism on the hot water. But not on the cold. Easy access to kids and easy for kids to use and get into. It is kinda tall so it's not so easy for a toddler to reach also

**Q: What’s the water volume dispense rate? I am looking for high volume dispenser to fill pitchers of water for coffee.**
A: Same as from the tap. Though if filling pitchers regularly is what you’re looking for, the fact that it is necessary to change out the bottles I would probably purchase a water filter for my tap, I use this unit mainly for cold water and hot tea.

**Q: How cold does the water come out? some people say it is not cold at all in the reviews.**
A: The water is very cold.

Package arrived on time and well packaged. Very simple to set up with clear instructions. Enjoying having three options for water: chilled, room temp or Hot. Also like having the bottle inside the unit hidden away and not having to flip bottle over on top of cooler like our old one. Had product for two weeks and working well.
