Ravensburger Romantic Cottage 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults

A jigsaw of contrasting dark and lights, masses of tiny details, lovely when completed. Pieces were very sturdy no damage to any and very nice shapes. Done a few ravensburger jigsaws one was awful condition layer tabs bent and so on, this one no imperfections at all and very little puzzle dust.Could do with a puzzle guide though but I used the box lid (I normally use it for sorting).Beautiful picture and sense of achievement when completed.

Great quality puzzle that is challenging in parts but not too hard you want to throw it across the room. Such good quality also, nice sturdy pieces that click into place ideally.Lovely illustration also, a great distraction whilst most of us are locked in doors.

Well made puzzle & the picture was sufficiently complex to keep two people occupied for one week.As noted in other reviews, there is some fine blue powder from the pieces - but that didn't affect my enjoyment of the puzzle , I just discarded.

Ravensburger is one of my first choices for jigsaw puzzles, this one having more variety of pieces including my favourite what I call ‘4-prong’ ones + the equivalent (image below refers)!‘Romantic Cottage’ is presented in a sturdy cellophane-type sealed cardboard box measuring roughly 37 cm x 27 cm x 5 cm. Inside, the quality, well fitting pieces are in a factory sealed bag.The finished product is accurate to the picture on the box and does portray a feeling of light & warmth from the artist, the talented Arturo Zarraga, who names it 'Cottage with a Pond'.It didn't prove to be a particularly difficult jigsaw to make, just the various flowers across the middle taking more time, in my case.The finished jigsaw measures around 70 cm x 50 cm in landscape orientation and easily fits onto my PortaPuzzle from yesteryear.ooOoo~ RAVENSBURGER~ ROMANTIC COTTAGE~ REF: 15 184 4~ 1008-PIECE JIGSAW PUZZLE~ SOFTCLICK TECHNOLOGY~ 2019‘Made in Germany’18 images attached © Arturo Zarraga

This is a great jigsaw. Sadly it arrived with one piece missing but it didn’t spoil the enjoyment of doing the puzzle

Bought for my dad during lockdown. Great quality puzzle, lovely colours. Pieces easily 'click' into place, and non missing. Another review mentioned 'blue powder' this is just excess paper fibres from the cardboard, ours didn't have much.

It's good quality and the colours are beautiful. Some parts are easy and others more challenging. It's one I'd be happy to do again some time.

Having purchased many Ravensburger puzzles and always enjoyed doing them and appreciated the quality of them,I am disappointed after doing this one to find I am missing one piece, right in the middle of the puzzle. I wouldhowever recommend Ravensburger puzzle quality and will put this one down as just bad luck and hope it is a one offas I have bought two more for the winter nights! Fingers crossed.
