don't know what kind of "bug" i had - in Jul-Aug - 2025
One bottle of NAC had Selenium and Molybdenum and the other bottle of NAC was couple pills left. I had a cough, did not stop! Why Selenium and Molybdenum stopped my cough!?... (did not see my doctor; don't know what kind of "bug" i had - in Jul-Aug - 2025). I believe Selenium had something to do to my wellness, (and of course NAC and Molybdenum)!

This is a very good product, especially for the price. It is affordable and you get a good amount for what you pay. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again.

No stomach issues and good for thyroid support.
So far so good. Seems to not upset my stomach. I'm taking 1 a day. Have been taking long enough to know the true effects, but I think it is helping. My Dr reduced my thyroid meds, so I'm taking this for additional support and no issues so far.

Nasty smell and taste
Intensely disgusting smell and taste, like old urine. But if you can get past that, it's cheap and gets the job done.

Great supplement, has a little smell.
I love this brand & need these supplements due to my Hashimoto’s disease. The ONLY issue I have with it is the smell. I prepare all of my medication and vitamins for the week and whenever I open the pill case, the smell makes me want to gag. You smell it as soon as you open the bottle. I am going to give this five stars because the formula is fabulous, but just know if you have any scent aversions, this might trigger it.

Noticed a big improvement
I've been taking this for a couple of months now. I take one each day along with the iodine drops I already use for thyroid support. The biggest thing I've personally noticed since adding selenium is a huge improvement in my overall mood. I wasn't really expecting to notice that much of a difference, but for me it has been noticeable enough that I've continued taking it daily. Of course supplements can affect everyone differently, but I've been very happy with my experience with this one so far.
